ASRock X870E Nova WiFi AM5 ATX DDR5 Retail

The ASRock X870E Nova Wifi is a remarkably powerful and feature packed motherboard for the price involved.This motherboard isn't going to give you a keychain in the box, extra stickers to put on your case, or a fancy plushy dragon. ASRock doesn't do a lot of stuff like that. In the box, you are going to get the normal cables, temperature probes, a case badge, and a keycap. that's it. Instead, they focus on performance and delivering that performance at a price that can be easily obtained. The Nova Wifi does not disappoint.This board features some of the best features you can reasonably put on a motherboard, and it does so at about a hundred dollars cheaper than the next closest competitor. With the x870 you get a seven segment debug LED for actual accurate troubleshooting, you get a power on and reset button on the motherboard (which is a lot more handy than people realize) and you get 20+2+1 power phases for clean power management.It also comes with bios flashback features, including the ability to flash the bios before you ever put your processor into the socket. It has a total of 5 M.2 slots on board one of which is PCIe 5.0, the rest are 4.0, 4 DIMM slots that i have had 8000mts ram running in without failure, an absolute ton of fan, AIO pump, and dedicated pump headers to match whatever cooling set up you have. Additionally, it also includes 3 thermistor probes and 3 temperature headers on the motherboard, giving you more insight into how your case and airflow are cooling different chambers or areas in your pc case. Speaking of temperatures, a little known feature that most people gloss over is that it has ACTIVE VRM cooling. Right underneath the RGB IO shroud, there is a massive thermal heatsink, and right behind that there is an active VRM fan that you can control through most apps or through the bios.speaking about the bios, its fine. ASRock bios doesn't have the polish or appearance of other brands, but every important feature you need and want is in their bios. Yes, it lacks the pretty pictures and the multi-color and 3d fan curve model, but its there, its configurable and it works. On that note, when you get this board and if you are putting in a Ryzen 9000 Series X3D processor, make sure to update your bios first, then once the chip is in, lock the SOC voltage down to 1.3. You'll thank me later for it.I could go on for a long time about just how good of a value this board is, but instead of writing an essay, ill say this: There is no more powerful and feature packed motherboard under 300.00 for the x870e chipset on the market.

Bought this product and item recieved were damaged and defective. When I tried to return it I was told I wouldn't get a refund due to the product being damaged. Very upset with the product and seller. Do not purchase

My 6 year old Asrock Taichi motherboard finally bit the dust. I had good luck with the old Taichi motherboard so I went to the Taiche for my new build, I went with a new modern Asrock Taichi motherboard. One of the items I love is this is a premium board that is inexpensive compared to other premium motherboards. It has 11 USB ports with 2 of them being type-c. I have a USB hub for all my external drivesNow the downside:1. This is an eAXT motherboard so I had to get a new computer case since the new motherboard won't fit in the old case.2. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi only works with Windows 11 (no support for Windows 10). When I contacted Support (I am very pleased Pablo. I got an email back the next day).3. Windows 11 drivers for the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi don't work and you have to go through bios to force Windows 11 to take the new drivers . You have to download the new drivers from Asrock's website.4. After updating the the drivers, the line out for audio stopped working. My workaround was to purchase an USB line out connector. Works great now.I am running the latest AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3d CPU. 32 gig of Corsair Dominator 7000 ram. I had to use my old Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super since the new Gigabyte 5070 was dead on arrival. Once I get my refund for the GPU, I will buy it again. Amazons refund policy for GPU and power supply is different than what I experienced with other returns (I had 2 Thermolake power supply's arrive defective. I went with a Corsair this time around). I guess they want to check the GPU and power supply out for themselves before they process the refund. You know, make sure the serial number on the GPU is the same serial number that is on the box. Makes sense to me.All in all, I highly recommend the Asrock Taichi motherboard.

The delivery by local seller was fastWas skeptical on Asrock X870E when I saw print on the box mobo was produce in Vietnam- Hooked up with a 9800x3D cooled by Lianli GA2 Performance on Rad 7900XTX in Lianli 011D EVO case- No need to do BIOS update and booting up on Win 11x64 without a hitch.- XPG DDR5 2x16 was boosted to 6000 with PBO enableNo compatibility issue so far. Did some gaming for few hours, no stutter or hang up. Will update later after tweaking and getting some milage out of the comboGood Buy if you can get the stock
