This stretching strap is just perfect for me. I had operations on both my knees a few years back but my rehabilitation was not as extensive as it should have been.With these straps, this is my second one, I can pull both my legs back to obtain a proper stretch. I felt the effects and improved immediately. I try to do a 10 minute stretch every day and it’s really working for me.The numbers they have are great as you can keep a track of your progress, simple but very effective idea as I have seen ones without the numbers.I recommend these if you have rehabilitation work to do on your knees or for just getting a better stretch. I have brought another one to stretch both legs simultaneously.

Very sturdy product, well made and suitable for all kinds of yoga and stretch moves. Suitable for beginners right through to the advanced. The loops make it more effective in maximising your stretches as you have the grip to set your stretch and then move through it without any slippage or accidental displacement. Would recommend and know so many friends who have bought the same and are really happy with it.

I bought this as a present, hence only four stars, so I can't comment on performance but delivery and packaging were very good and visually the item appears good and sturdy

Great piece of kit to assist in exercise program

I was using resistance bands to do my stretches, but it wasn't very efficient nor comfortable. This strap is long enough to provide a good grip for leg stretches and my feet aren't sliding out the loops

Does what it says, but could have purchased one much cheaper as they most defiantly do the same thing.

This is an excellent strap. It's long enough to put on both feet so that you don't waste time fiddling to change the strap between sides. The loops allow for a firmer hand grip. There are no buckles to make the feet or ankles uncomfortable

Good strong band which should hopefully help me stretch back into regaining some level of flexibility after injury. Useful little demonstration chart is included to help me get started.
