50g white peppercorn

Being someone who really dislikes pepper which is pre-ground down to a very fine powder, a 50 g quantity of white ( or black ) peppercorns is all I need to store and then refill my very modest miniature pepper grinders with. The white peppercorns are harder to come across than the black, unless you buy them in jars all the time at an extremely marked up commercial price - because they are forcing you to buy the packaging rather than the contents. So, here I am now, with my peppercorns delivered in a resealable polythene bag that I can then pour into a small glass storage jar of my own if I want, and at approximately 17% of the price I had been buying this quantity for previously. The quality of these peppercorns is just as good as the more expensively marketed stuff - so what's there not to like. I will definitely be buying from this seller again for sure.Eamonn

I use white peppercorns in most of my dishes when preparing tea. I have been following a 5 ingredient cookbook since July using a different recipe each day on a rota basis. I keep Black, Red & Green peppercorns used in those grinders with a button and a light for dishes that call for different flavour. I mix the Red peppercorns with some black and white. I buythe white and black peppercorns regularly and enjoy their separate flavours very much. I think it important to keep a selection of peppercorns handy as they are very useful.
