very useful
The products have meet my expectations. The band seems to hold up with serious use. It is the right resistance for me enhancing my strength building. I have been using it daily since received. And I use the ring regularly in my yoga and pilates home practice. They are very useful.

The resistance cord is awesome

It works but came with a defect
When it arrived one of the inner pads had fallen off, the sticker restuck, but it continues to fall off. Cheaply made. It gets the job done for my work out, but wish it was a better quality.

Love this . Love the color; love the flexibility. I’m a little worried it’s not as firm or resistant as it should be. But I’ll see if it’s too flimsy over time with my Pilates and workouts soon enough !

I love yoga. This items was got from my husband. The ring and the band is good quality. Great construction. Great value for the money. It is the best gift i had got. Highly recommend.

A little stiff to use
The rubber / silicone band is good but the ring is stiff and a little hard to use. I’m a little nervous that metal might pop through so I use with caution.
