Powerful Swiss Army knife of Carplay/Android Auto screens!
The media could not be loaded. The word of the day is versatility, and this powerhouse is the posterchild. Carplay? Android Auto? Dash cam? AirDrop? Portable monitor? Screen mirroring? Why not all of the above!I purchased this Xbay screen to drag my old Camry to 2024 and use it for Android Auto. My phone connected easily and had no hiccups during my test run. Audio connections via bluetooth and aux were both seamless and simple. The screen is bright and responsive with a simple yet useful UI featuring intuitive status icons. I chose to mount it with a suction cup, but two different sticker mounts are also included. Versatile! The adjustable 4k dash cam is crystal clear; I included a screenshot of one of the 1080p auto-recordings. The quality shines through even with the image upload compression. The backup camera even allows you to customize the parking guidelines to match your vehicle. Versatile! All of the above was expected, but there was a true hidden gem that really sold me: SuperLink. I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful and useful the SuperLink screen mirroring technology was. After a simple app download, I was easily able to mirror my phone directly to the Xbay screen and unleash the true potential of this device. Besides straightforward mirroring, SuperLink also has a brilliant browser that allows for easy navigation on the Xbay screen (separately from the phone). I have included a video of me browsing youtube via SuperLink, but it was just as functional on twitch and most other sites. Any flagship android should perform without any hiccups. I'm already looking forward to the next road trip. Versatile! There are so many extra features that I have yet to try (CarPlay, AirDrop, G-Sensor, etc), but I am sure that this powerful screen will step up to the challenge. I am so sure because, in addition to my experience with the screen, I found the email customer support to be VERY responsive. I highly recommend it!

Works great for what I needed it for - Mapping and Spotify!
So to preface this review, I wanted to describe my car situation. I bought my 2008 Honda Civic used several years ago and it came with Sirius. I expected it to expire at some point, but so far, it hasn't, so I've been reluctant to install a new stereo as it's the premium stereo package that was included with the car as well and with a seemingly lifetime Sirius subscription tied to it, I'm good. This car also has an aux port, which would have satisfied most of my needs, but it will work for a few minutes until I start driving and then it goes out. I've tried replacing the port with the OEM Honda aux port and it still does the same thing, so I'm guessing it's the wiring. I don't know if anyone would even bother to fix that if I brought it in.Then I went to the cheaper, plug in FM transmitters and was pleasantly surprised that it worked pretty well. The sound could have been a bit better, so I looked for something with separate bass and treble controls. I found some, but they got pretty brutal reviews.I then came across the whole Android Auto devices and was wondering why I didn't research this before. I honestly didn't think it would work for my ancient car, but after a bit more research, I figured it was worth a try.I paid a bit more for this item because I wanted a larger screen and the 4k camera and looking at the customer support notes on the main page, I felt good about getting proper support if I needed it.The set up was very easy. Literally, plug it into the cigarette lighter, run it to the unit and follow the instructions, linking it to the Bluetooth connection "T86PRO-EE6B." Then it takes a few seconds to go into Android Auto mode on my phone and then says to continue on the other screen.By default, it goes into split view mode with Google Maps on the main window and a smaller one showing my latest Spotify song. It doesn't play music automatically unless you set it up on your Android Auto settings on your phone to do so.Since I can't use the aux port and my old stereo doesn't have Bluetooth, my review is only on the FM transmitter function. It works pretty well. There IS sometimes a bit of static that comes through, but I realized that if I move the main charging cord around, the static will sometimes disappear.First thing that I did was remove the metal twist tie from it and re-tied it with a velcro twist tie, in case that was causing some interference. I also bought some ferrite core beads to clasp onto the wires to hopefully help to dissipate the noise. It seems to have gotten better once I've added those beads, so maybe give it a try. It couldn't hurt. The price ranges from a few bucks to $9.99 for a case of different sizes, which is what I bought.I'm fairly happy with the purchase, but I do have a few suggestions for the company:1. The sucker on the windshield sucker attachment isn't set firmly against the body of the entire attachment. This causes the unit to wiggle a bit when you're driving, which is kind of annoying to look at. After messing with the sucker attachment a bit and trying to put double sided tape on the sucker to the body, it started to lose it's stickiness. I'm not sure if it's one of those surfaces that can be re-washed and dried to get its stickiness back or not. Thankfully, the stand works better for my needs and sticks firmly and well.2. Please let us purchase the accessories separately in case something gets damaged, lost, etc. I asked them if they did and they said they didn't, but would be happy to replace any accessories free of charge if I needed it. This is great, but how long is this offer good for? What if the company doesn't exist after a while? I don't like the idea of not being able to buy an additional charger in case the cord gets damaged, which leads me to my next suggestion.3. Make the charger cord for the unit detachable from the charger itself with either a USB-A or USB-C connection so that if the cord got damaged, we could just buy a generic cord to replace it.4. The brightness is ok, but on really sunny days, a few notches brighter would definitely help. Make it a few nits brighter at its maximum.5. Sell us a carrying case and/or matte screen protector, along with the accessories!Other than that, I'm quite happy with my purchase and even found the perfect carrying case that is meant for toiletries on Aliexpress.

Excellent product for the price! It works very well and pairs with my iPhone easily.
Excellent product for the price! It works very well and pairs with my iPhone easily. The only thing I do not like and it is annoying, is that you have to unplug it or it will slowly drain the battery. If you were using your car everyday, this is likely not an issue, because it will not drain enough, but if you let your car sit with this plugged in for an extended period of time, it will drain the battery. It also does not shut off on its own when you turn the car off (at least in my vehicle), which would be very nice.

XBAY Portable CarPlay Screen - Just What I Needed
I jumped at the chance to try this, when I saw it for a special price. Four times a year I make a very long trip, 10 hrs one-way. My ride is older and lacks the modern touchscreen tools of newer vehicles. My CD player has been broken for some time, which has left me to rely on radio stations along the trip. It doesn't make sense to subscribe to a music service for 8 days out of a year. A GPS would be useful for alternate routes, due to construction delays. And, I hate to say it, but a dash cam is becoming a necessity. The XBAY Portable CarPlay Screen solved all those issues for me, with ease. At a fraction of what it would cost to upgrade my audio system, I have multiple touchscreen tools available. Most importantly, I now have GPS, music of my choosing and a dash cam. Wasn't hard to set up, mostly a couple apps, to download. The rear cam hasn't been installed as it's less of a priority. (too cold to do it now) I was also able to connect my fire tablet. Haven't tested yet but thinking I'll be able to access my Prime account. It comes with everything needed to set it up. You have a choice of dash mount or windshield mount. There are even some small clips to help hide the wire. It's sleek. And a larger screen helps with the map.
