Bought mainly to do situps.....Very easy to install, no need for nail/screws. Just twist one way to tighten and the other way to loosen. Even it up for better use. Use rubbers to protect walls or doorframe.You can do situps, biceps, pull ups and chin ups. Seems very sturdy and safe although I only tried situps. Only just got and fitted so will update if have any problems, which I highly doubt. I'm very happy and recommend 😊

Works a charm. Great for health and fitness. Can fit most doorways. Comes with all the screws and parts needed to attach to door, but not always needed. Worth every penny in comparison to others.

I sat up obsessing over how I was going to hang my cloths on the wall to make more space in my room that I’m currently decorating and I didn’t want to use nails, I found a cloths rail that would do this but couldn’t spend £30-£40 on it, then it hit me, what about a pull up bar! £10 later best decision I made! I simply cut the fabric off and waller, perfect strong clothes rail and lots of space for me in my room happy days!!! Love this product so much!

The actual pull up bar is decent , sturdy and it will do its job what it's meant to be for, my actual issue is with the product description it's not accurate, the size says its from 60 to 100cm, I looked at lot of others before I had seen this one, because all the sizes were to big saying from 62cm etc onwards, for my door frame size, so thought great I've found one from 60cm, please see picture of box, it says from 65cm to 100cm, so luckily I I bought an hacksaw and cut off so much at both ends of the pull up bar and it fits perfectly
