This stuff may be a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. I have been using it for years to remove various spots and stains (including pet) and the product has never failed me.

I read the reviews and was unsure about the product. Bought 3 cans to get free shipping and fell in love. If you have animals or children, this product works wonders. It does tend to go quickly so we went through one can in a short time but I have a toddler and carpeting (beige/off-white) all over the house. I used the product on berber, pile and area rugs. The product worked great on fresh spills and older stains. I would definitely recommend pre-treating for harder/older stains. I did notice that the old stains did return after a few weeks of the first treatment but not as bad as before cleaning with the chem-dry spot remover. I have ordered about 6 bottles so far and have only had an issue with one bottle. It seemed to be older and did not foam when sprayed. I didn't contact the seller since I had another bottle I used instead. I also had one nozzle break off but was able to still get the spray to work with some effort. Overall, I would recommend this product even though it is pricier than some of the competition. The smell is not bad, not too chemical and not floral. Before the chem-dry, I used the Bissell dual action spray for pets (maroon color) with Oxi-clean and that worked great but they changed the design of the carpet cleaner and the new version does not work as well. Also, it did not work well on older pet stains (new carpet was the answer to that problem). It also seemed to work well with colored area rugs. It did not cause any color bleeding.

Really love this stuff. I had a ChemDry cleaner come out and clean my carpets one time and they gave me a can of their other ChemDry carpet cleaner. This kind seemed to be a bit more specific to my needs. My aging dog, urinated on my new cream colored carpet a few times. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to have this stuff. I followed the instructions. It cleaned up the spot and no urination smell was left behind.The only thing I do not like is that it leaves the carpet area feeling a bit hard. My carpet is very soft and I can feel the difference between where I used ChemDry and where I didn't. Other than that, it works great. It also runs out pretty quickly.As for the price, I bought a 6 pack to balance out the price. Buying a single can is pricey and a waste.

Easily works on most carpet stains like my cat throwing up!!!!

I had my doubts, but the carpet cleaning pro told me this is the best and works on most stains. I watched hime pre-treat many spots then wiped away the spot before steam cleaning.

I debated whether or not to try this because it is more expensive than some of the other cleaners. However I’ve tried the cheaper ones and they hadn’t worked so this was kind of a last ditch effort. I was thrilled at how good the product work at first I really wasn’t sure because it made the stain look a little bit darker but as it dried it actually remove the stain I am shocked! Quite happily shocked! I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for this may be a little bit more expensive but I’ve tried several cans of other things spent more money on other products I wish I would have known about this to start with! I will always keep a can in the house now! Very happy with this. Also it should be noted this is a very good value are used a very small amount it’s saved my entire living room carpet and I still have pretty much 95% of the can left. Highly recommend this carpet cleaner and grease spot remover!
