The included tools worked well, although I had some of my own already from other devices I've worked on. The packaging was solid, and seemed to be strong enough to sustain the rough shipping process. The fit and finish were great, and I was happy to see the note about the swap of the home button, to retain Touch ID.

This product worked exactly as expected. The installation was so much worse than I thought. I followed a you tube video and still could not get it seated correctly. It was absolutely operator error, the screen worked perfectly. Just remember that you will lose touch sensor.
