Works well, but threads may be 10mm metric. 3/8-16 nuts do not fit threads if needing additional holding or spacing.

These are some of the easiest-to-use anchors I've ever used. I got these to anchor some 2x4s to a concrete floor, and they work extremely well for that purpose. The measurements are precise, and I find these much easier to use than the standard collar-style I've used in the past. As with other anchors, you have to be sure to drill the correct size hole, and blow the debris out of the hole. Beyond that, it's a lot easier to use these with confidence - the impact causes the expansion, and the grabbing power is excellent. They're extremely heavy-duty, as well. They aren't cheap, but they're a very good value given the ease-of-use and solid anchoring performance.

This is a quality set of strike anchors. They work as expected & feel heavy duty. The consistency of manufacturing is good too. The price point rivals comparison, so I'll likely be returning for more.

The packaging leaves a lot be desired (thin plastic bag which developed several holes and splits), but the contents are exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. These Napradek fasteners work when you need reliable, high strength installation into concrete. Drill the appropriate size hole, be sure to vacuum out the concrete dust, insert the fastener, strike the nail to set it, remove the nut, place what you’re fastening over the exposed part of the bolt and tighten the nut to completely set the anchor into the concrete. Do it right and what you’ve bolted down isn’t moving. Excellent workmanship, wellmade and complete. Nothing cheap about these.
