I initially chose this machine in silver because it perfectly matches my kitchen's aesthetic, but its performance has completely won me over.Beyond the looks, this thing is a workhorse. The heating time is fast, the espresso extraction is consistently full-bodied with great crema, and the steam wand has more than enough power to create barista-quality microfoam. It looks gorgeous on my countertop and functions even better than I hoped.

Easy to Use, Easy to Maintain, Excellent Coffee
Excellent product: compact, efficient, and with great performance. The coffee extraction is consistent and delivers very good quality, which pleasantly surprised me. I purchased it as an alternative to the traditional Moka pot, and it has exceeded my expectations. The steam system works wonderfully, making it easy to froth milk. It’s also simple to use and maintain, which makes it perfect for everyday use as well as special occasions.Very satisfied with this purchase, highly recommended.

Love it! Great for Espresso Beginners!
I love this thing! I use it almost every day and primarily use the double shot button. I’ve tried the milk frothed as well which is great. I haven’t explored the other options yet so I can’t attest to them. I love that it’s simple, compact, and easy to use. I will say twice it has acted funny and wouldn’t brew. When that happens I just unplug it and take off the water basin and espresso grounds. Put it back and plug it back in and it’s fine.

Starts out ok but stopped working within 90 days.
Less than 3 months of use and it just died. Now I see why they can’t sell these in Australia. Fail consumer laws selling a faulty product.

Excellent coffee machine
This machine took my home coffee game to the next level. The espresso is rich and authentic, rivaling my local coffee shop. There's a slight learning curve, but it's part of the fun. It's well-built, looks great, and was easier to use than I anticipated. 100% satisfied!
