My wife was thinking about buying a thrust machine but it was too expensive. She also uses bars but they get really heavy and uncomfortable. She just loves the thrust belt it’s comfortable and functional. It’s also really easy to wear and the Velcro is strong. This saves us a lot of money and she is happy

I was nervous to use this because I needed something that could hold 2 25lb+ dumbbells. The Velcro is heavy duty and held the weight well. So far, I’ve tried up to 2 30lb dumbbells. It’s well made and strong. I honestly love it and am happy to add it to my home gym.Side note, I do have pretty wide hips, so I did have to play with it a little bit to get the weight to sit comfortably. The way the band sits was causing the weights to dig into my sides. I still love it and a must for home gyms.

I have some adjustable dumbbells and these work great for hip thrusting and working on your core. Good strength and comfortable to use

I have had 50 pounds on each side and it holds the weight securely with the Velcro straps the loading and squaring the weight for hip thrust can be a bit of a chore but overall it works.

This Coniflor hip thrust belt is a nice addition to my home gym. No more using a towel or folded yoga mat to save my hips from dumbbells or kettlebells. This seems to be very well made and easily adjustable to how much you want the weights to overhang on your hips. For reference I just grabbed a small pair of weights, but this will work for weight plates and KBs as well. Depending on your position you may need to add some height if the plates or KBs hit the floor. Comfortable to use and the padding is thicker than expected. This would be very easy to throw in a gym bag for travel or to use at your local gym too. Definitely recommend this.

I grabbed the weights closest to me to try out the belt when it got here (clearly since I'm in jeans). Overall it seems like a great quality belt and I'm excited to get some heavier weights loaded up in this and not have to struggle with balancing the bar and hip thrust pad. I would recommend grabbing one of these!I'm size medium in pants and you can see that the weights sit up a ways. I think you can adjust it a bit, but not a lot if you have heavy kettlebells or dumbells on the end. If you're bigger than an x-large in pants (thinking hip width) this may not sit correctly on you. I set it on my husband's lap and it wouldn't probably balance as well for him. Just something to think about.

First thing I noticed when I opened this is the pattern design of the straps, looks fresh and different then other belts I've seen. It's also very well padded, for adding more weights without losing comfort I assume. Did a little test with 2x 45 lbs dumbbells, and it held them in place well and didn't come loose. Also comes with a set of 3 different strength resistance bands, for additional toning. Great addition to my home gym, though it could be used anywhere you workout.
