Q: Whats the difference between the complete edition and the game of the year edition?

In terms of game content they're the exact same. Differences are superficial: Game saves and trophies are incompatible so you cannot buy this copy and have your save carry over if you somehow play the Complete Edition (on the flip side, you can play this game twice and get twice the accomplishments). There's also a difference in language selection. English is on both but Russian may not be an option in the American version. There are extra languages on the PSN store, but it must be the same region as the disc or else the game won't recognize it.

Q: How many players can play this game?

1 at a time, but you can watch while another person plays or vice versa. Amazing game based on Andrjez Sapkowski. CD Projeckt Red did awesome and there is a reason (multiple reasons) it was Game of the Year.

Q: can you change language spanish?

You have to download free language packs from PSN, which vary by region, so you should check there to see if Spanish is available.
