I never paid much attention to computer mice before because I always thought they all did the same job. After using the Magic Mouse for a while, I realized I was completely wrong. The first thing I noticed was how smooth and effortless it feels to use. Moving around, scrolling through pages, and switching between tasks feels much more natural than with the older mice I had used in the past. The touch surface was something completely new to me, but I quickly got used to it and now I use the gestures all the time. Another thing I love is the design. It looks stylish, modern, and keeps my desk looking clean and organized. Even after hours of work, it remains comfortable to use and feels very responsive. I wasn't planning on getting a new mouse at all, so receiving this as an unexpected gift from my husband made it even more special. It introduced me to features and a level of quality that I had never experienced before, and it has completely changed what I expect from a computer mouse. Paired with my MacBook and the Magic Keyboard, the Magic Mouse has been a positive surprise. I keep my MacBook tucked behind a portable monitor when working at my bureau, which creates a great iMac-like setup. With Touch ID on the keyboard, secure access is quick and seamless even when the laptop lid is closed so well worth the extra cost. Setting up the Magic Mouse was effortless: switch it on, and the MacBook immediately detected it, allowing me to customise preferences in seconds. Despite its low profile and sleek glass-like shell, the mouse feels substantial in the hand and delivers smooth, responsive performance. The built-in gesture controls adds value, going beyond a standard mouse and blending beautifully with macOS. Elegant, reliable, and thoughtfully designed, it’s a perfect companion to the Magic Keyboard. As for the much-discussed charging port on the bottom, I see it as a necessary trade-off for the slim design. The battery life is excellent. It came with 86% of the battery and after two weeks of light daily use, mine is still at 83%. Finding a moment to recharge every so often really isn’t an issue.

I bought this very neat mouse to use with my Apple M5 Pro Laptop Computer. The Apple Magic Mouse works perfectly with it. Its performance is perfectly consistent. I often use the mouse perfectly successfully, directly on the arm of my reclining armchair. It is problem free. Well designed and manufactured. Excellent value. I would not like to be without it.

While it takes a short period to get used to the low profile, once accustomed, it’s easy to handle and control. Overall, the Apple Magic Mouse is an excellent investment for anyone using a Mac or iPad. It’s reliable, rechargeable, and intuitive to use, with a design that’s both elegant and functional. For everyday work, creative tasks, or casual browsing, it’s hard to imagine a better combination of style and performance.

Was initially very apprehensive about this mouse but its grown on me considerably. Guess that's why its remained unchanged for several years. It's not perfect, be careful about the surface on which you use. It doesn't glide nicely, due to 2 rails down the side (apparently due to needing some friction to prevent mouse moving whilst you use the touch sensitive top). It's not particularly ergonomic either, but you can get a very cheap plastic surround that helps with this. Overall it's a nice mouse to use with Mac mini. The issues with charging on the base are overstated, it only needs charging every few weeks and does this quickly.

What can I say. It’s the best mouse I have ever bought. This is the 1st apple mouse I h asve ever owned but just upgraded my android computer to a Mac m4 so thought id buy the mouse to go with it. It was pricey as I could have bought a white one for £56.00 but for a black one £80.00, but am more than happy with it. It’s really responsive, light weight and looks quality. Battery life is amazing, only changed it once and its still on 80%. Looks like glass. Really happy with my purchase. 10/10

No matter what I do, or how many tutorials I watch - it simply will not scroll!!

Excellent product, as you might expect from Apple. Not cheap but you pay for what you get!

J'ai opté pour cette Apple Magic Mouse blanche et elle a totalement transformé ma façon de travailler sur l'ordinateur. C'est un accessoire premium qui vaut vraiment son prix. Le confort du Multi-Touch : La surface tactile est une vraie petite révolution pour la bureautique. Pouvoir balayer les pages et scroller verticalement ou horizontalement d'un simple effleurement du doigt est incroyablement fluide. C'est un confort absolu pour faire défiler d'interminables cours de droit sur l'écran tout en déjeunant tranquillement le midi à l'appartement. Le format idéal pour bouger : Son design ultra-plat est non seulement magnifique, mais surtout très pratique. Lors des trajets du vendredi soir et du lundi matin entre l'appartement et chez mes parents, elle se glisse discrètement dans la housse de l'ordinateur sans faire la moindre bosse dans le sac à dos. Connexion et autonomie : L'appairage en Bluetooth est instantané et d'une stabilité à toute épreuve. L'autonomie de la batterie est également excellente : elle permet d'enchaîner de longues semaines de révisions sans avoir à se soucier de la recharger. En résumé, c'est un très bel objet, minimaliste et pensé pour l'efficacité au quotidien. Le silence du clic et la précision du capteur viennent parfaire le tout. Je recommande à 100 % !
