I like it it fits verse snug,easy to use, leakage proof,now for the versatility of it I'm not sure it's really hard to get off so I wouldn't say that you can reuse it you probably could but the get in the same use of it as you did the first time around may not be the same and maybe loose due to the way you have to take it off but I do like the fact that it has the resealable plastic that falls into the container wants you you know once you put it on your water cooler which depending on if you have an upright or you turn yours upside down will depend on if you're able to utilize the top again because you can take the plastic piece and put it back on but I'm just feeling like it's a one-time use type of purchase at this time I'm about to go and fill it up so I will give it update to let you know if it works again as a reasonable option. Performance is great versatility not quite sure and their appearance,I love the way it looks

These caps latch on great and fit well with the water pump I used for the 5-gallon barrel I used. The only downside I found was that these are not reusable at all. I had to tear it off in order to reuse my barrel and tearing it off wasn't easy since the plastic is fairly thick and the small tab to grip onto is small. I had to use pliers just to get it off. It isn't a huge issue since the package comes with multiple caps, but still disappointing. This is why I gave it four stars.

Why I purchased: Every time I refilled my water bottles, I would have to duct tape the top of the old caps, to keep the water from spilling all over the seats of my car.What they do well: They indeed, close firmly and don't allow any water to spill; they work great in that respect. Also: When I install it onto my dispenser, they don't spill because of the inner anti-splash cap.Problem: These are not reusable caps. 1) Once the outer (blue) cap is snapped onto the bottle, there is no designed way to take them back off. This is a probably because once the inner anti-spill cap is forced open by the water dispenser, there is no way to close it again for reuse. What I did as a work-around was: Use a large flat-head screwdriver to stick into the hole and pry the top off. That works great for a time or two, but then the lid gives in and breaks. Using a smaller screwdriver will cause structural failure of the cap immediately. To be fair to the manufacturer: They are not advertised as reusable, so please keep that in mind. I assumed that they must be and thus, that was a mistake on my part.Conclusion: If you are happy purchasing these for one-use, done, then this is well worth it. Good quality and doesn't spill. If you want a bottle cap that is reusable, then this is NOT the bottle cap for you.

May I tell you just how awesome it is to save $15 per 5 gallon refill at Wal-Mart? The original PUR bottle does not come with a replaceable top. Pop that sucker off and toss it. Replace it with these. The first time you use it, the whole piece pops on. After that, you pull the tab and half of this new thing gets thrown away. You then pry it off with your finger and push the little tab back into place, and VOILA - you use it again and again. They leak a LITTLE bit after 2 uses, but only if you store them on their side, and who does that? Not us. It only has to last until you flip it upside down into your water cooler. get them.

These caps didn't help my situation. Once you put it on, it will not come off unless you cut it. I had no problem filling it up with water with the opening it has. I have a water cooler where you attach the piece on the top, and the cap prevents that from happening, so I couldn't use it. I am still trying to find the right cap and hope to soon.

These work great on my Primo bottles. Turns out Glacier (a water dispensing firm) is owned by the same company as Primo. So, I can take my old bottles and fill them for $2, or I can return and replace them for about $8. Takes a little more time and effort on my part but it's worth it. These caps are perfect for these bottles.Removing them can be a bit tricky, and if you do it wrong, you can damage the cap...so get you a coffee cup, put about half a cup of HOT water, and put the cap/neck of the bottle down in it. Let it sit about 5 minutes. Then take the end of a teaspoon/tablespoon and insert it into the hole in the cap, and pop it off. Hasn't hurt my caps yet, once I found out the secret.Bought a second set to finish out the bottle collection and have a few spares on hand. Highly recommend if you're refilling 3- or 5-gallon water bottles.
