Great for beginners
Good quality set, and the workouts included are helpful for beginners as well.It's all lightweight and fits in the bag it comes with.I do wish it came with more workouts or even a few videos to keep up the motivation. But for what it is, it's perfect

It’s a really good product, but only 4 stars because you can’t adjust the length of the bands. Really durable, easy to use otherwise.

Great Home Gym Set!
Bought these for my home workouts and has done the job very well. The door attachment is a good add-on bonus, but could use a heavier weight hanger. Why? When I open the door, the whole set just drops to the ground, lol. Overall, I love this set for the price!

Not enough resistance
Everything was in the box and it worked as it said it would, except for one thing. There is no way this is 240 lbs of resistance. If it is I am Hercules. It may be about half of that, but I am going to have to buy some additional bands for a leg workout.
