It fits my waist nicely and it’s not heavy at all. It works as stated. I’m hoping it helps my abs appear. Orr pronounced the more I use it!

I’ve been using this ab toning belt with the heating pad for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It’s easy to use, super comfortable, and I can feel it working on my abs. The added heat is a huge bonus—it’s really helped ease my lower back pain.

I got this today. I used it once in the morning for twenty minutes and once in the evening for twenty minutes. After both uses, my stomach felt twitchy and weird. After reading some things, it scares me that it could cause nerve damage.

I like how simple this ab belt is to use. The heating function feels great and helps me relax while using it. It feels like it's helping with muscle stimulation. The adjustable fit is great, and it’s comfortable around the lower back too.

The product quality is nice and it seems well built. It's easy to use and operate, as there isn't all that much to it, and comes with the belt and belt extension, charging cable, and instructions. It came slightly charged and was able to be used right away.The heat was nice and felt relaxing, but it wasn't anything spectacular. I did not like the EMS mode. It felt like skin pricks and burns and didn't really seem to do much. I guess it could work as a massager for some people, but I really can't see how it would work to sculpt abs. I didn't pick it up for that purpose, or really believe it would work to that end, but the function was very hit or miss for my wife and I. It just didn't consistently produce a noticeable twitching or impulse effect that we could detect to make it seem worth using, especially considering that at times it seemed painful to the skin.If you like TENS like or electrical stimulation, and maybe if its on sale, I'd say give it a shot if you know that it will work for you. Otherwise I probably wouldn't get this again.

Excellent and guaranteed way to tone your stomache muscles. The heat feels great. There are 6 massage modes but I only tried 3 so far. Easy to use and is adjustable. Comes with a charging cord and instructions. Great quality. You can wear while you do chores around the house. I recommend.
