True to the size My safety shoes UK 7,5 and size M fits perfectly. I bought them to replace my safety shoes insoles, I work on my feet for 8 hours and I decided to try it insoles with support. I have recently strated to walk around 5-7 miles a day to imorve my health and well being. After a while I started to get pain in the ball of my right foot. I tried to rest it for a week or so but it din't work an i was missing my walks so i decided to try out a more cushioning in sole. After browsin on amazon I settled on these and after a couple of days of walking the pain slowly deminished. It also felt like walking in a new pair of trainers as the insoles gave me more cusioning which the proved the original ones had worn out. All in all a very satisified customer.

These have made a great difference to pain relief and the cushioning gave excellent arch support, without being too thick and making everything tight within the shoe - its feels like you are walking on air.

Tried M size with my size 7 caterpillar boots and it seems the toe end doesn't fit properly. The inner soles are wider than the width of shoes. I tried small size as well but there's little gap in the toe end. But the overall quality feels good. Only issue is that the toe end is bit wider, thus making the sjoes bit uncomfortable to wear. Maybe it fits well on other shoes.

So far so good. Got for my work boots couldn’t do a few hours a day as manufacturer suggested but I’m definitely seeing an improvement with foot pain and ankles.

Nice soles, definitely more comfortable than the standard soles that came with my Dunlop safety boots. Wasn’t sure about them at first after walking around the house but decided to give them a try to have a real-life test and they work well at work standing for 10 hours a day

I use these for work, I'm on my feet for 6 h +, altering between standing and walking and these insoles have made a big difference.They give good support and my feet and legs feel less tired at the wnd of the day.I needed a second pair for a new work site and went for the same brand .
