Buen producto pero se siente muy ligero y desechable

We have had one of these players for over two years no problems. Purchased one for a second child for Christmas 2024- it’s faulty and won’t turn on. I have been chasing customer service since April with no reply. I provided an order number and requested a replacement - no reply. I’ve submitted new contact enquiry and again, no reply. Posting here as a last ditch attempt.

Have owned this for 8 months. It's running Android which has proven unstable - once it died and failed to boot, support provided us instructions and a software download and we got it working again by reinstalling from scratch. Now after discharging the battery it is failing to charge or start, and I've created another support case as it is basically a brick. Two major issues within the first year of use, and while a 1-year warranty will cover this, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this if you expect it to work long-term. Actual music player is great though - FM radio (with wired headphones), speaker, spotify-kids support. It's been great other than the flaky Android OS. Only other thing of note is the glass is EXTREMELY scratch prone. Buy a screen protector immediately. We gave it to our 8year old and it has been in his pocket or backpack and is almost unreadable from the small light scratches all over it. Thanks for reading!

i purchased this mp3 in June and 3 months later, it stopped charging and started overheating when plugged, at a point I wasn't able to touch it without almost burning myself. I tried communicating with the seller but the issue isn't solved yet. Edit: i received a brand new mp3 after resolving the issue with the seller. Very happy about it. My son is glad to get back his mp3.

I bought Innioasis digital device specifically so I could listen to recorded trainings / lectures / meditations. Although it took time to get this device recognised by my other devices it is now perfect for what I need. The earbuds supplied have been replaced by Sony headphones which makes the sound much better. There's plenty of space to store all the files transferred from my PC. It works for me in a really good way.
