CableJivexlSync USB Cable (6.6 ft (2 m), White) 15423

bought this cable in June 2011 and it broke today March 2012, so a good 9 months. it did what's supposed to do during this time. i had also bought a Griffin 3M extended cable in October 2010, which was $30 then (that's why I went with CableJive, cuz it was a whole lot cheaper). The Griffin one is still going strong even tho it's got extra 6 months on the CableJive. guess you do get what you paid for. i have never been compelled to write any reviews before, but when i found out the cable died, i was so disappointed, i'm writing my first review.so, a good cable and charged my iPad, iPad2, iPhone 4 w/o any issues until the moment it broke. i will now go spend a bit more on the Griffin again for the replacement.

The original CableJive cable I received must have been defective. I am receiving a replacement from the seller and hoping it will be much better than the original. My original cable had a piece of metal sticking out of the side and would only charge my iPhone to 80% when it actually worked.

Bought two of these so I could charge and talk on the iphone without holding my head almost on the desk. Works fine so why the two stars? On the 30 pin connector end, instead of the discrete rectangular symbol seen on the product images (showing the same symbols found on the original apple cables), the symbol has been replaced with a huge cableJive name and logo. If this doesn't bother you then ok. I didn't buy a cheaper alternative because it had logos on and now these arrive with logos on. Beware of the logo!

These are awesome, but the 30 pin end always breaks -- reinforce it with electrical tape when you get it, and it will last forever.

I will pretty much echo the other reviewers here.While it does charge my iPad 2, it does NOT charge or sync my boyfriend's original iPad, my iPhone 4 or my iPod Nano 6th Gen.If it does not charge all these Apple products, what use is it???

Works great and fits my phone. The extra long cable is really convenient too.

First impression: these cables are stiffer and cheaper-seeming than the Apple cables. But a bit of a compromise in the build quality seemed like a worthwhile trade-off for the good price and the functionality of the longer cord. So it seemed, until after two months of not particularly vigorous use it stopped charging when the cord came loose at the base of the dock connector. Not even sugru could save it. Even if it could, I think you should be able to get more than two months out of a product before needing to resort to diy hacks to make it work again. Regret buying these, feel cheated.

Cable came in as stated. Works perfect!!

I love how long the cord is and the price is pretty reasonable.
