Bad purchase
Missing an important part, cannot return it

Missing parts to install properly.
We purchased this for a bidet attachment that didn’t include it. Unfortunately, we are still missing parts to fully install and it seems like a bit of a waste. Hopefully we will be able to obtain ALL the parts we need soon to install. I’ll update on performance at that time.

Beware, diverter valve doesn’t fit U.K. plumbing.

No leaks
I am quite impressed with this. Been using it since last year and still no leaks. That was the reason I replaced the old one as that would leak even when we turned off the main. Don't ask me how it just wouldn't stop leaking. Really happy with the item as I don't need to turn off the main switch.
