Great on its own
I know this is a setting powder (meant to be put on after you apply your liquid foundation), but on its own, it's a great light face powder. I don't have acne, freckles, or large pores I want to hide. I just have a very rosy nose that tends to get rosier as the day gets hotter. So, this summer I thought I'd try out a light foundation to keep my nose flesh-colored. I've been using this Almay powder for several weeks and have nothing but nice things to say. It doesn't make me break out (one of my biggest concerns), and it lasts a very long time. Depending on how hot it is that day, or if I'm particularly sweaty or oily due to exercise etc, I might need to apply it a second time in the mid-afternoon, but most days I just apply it in the morning and it lasts to post-dinner when I wash it off. It is definitely a matte shade, which I appreciate. Always wash your face before and after (and apply toner before and after) so whatever bacteria is resting on your pores doesn't get trapped in by the powder. And either wash your powder puff (included) or get a new one every once in a while for bacteria's sake. I ordered the Light color and it was a perfect match for my face (I am pale). Keep in mind that since it is a loose powder, you will probably need to blot it on rather than rub it in.

Me fascinó
Quedé fascinada con este polvo suelto. Sella perfectamente mi base y no queda la cara blanca. Compré el tono ligth, soy morena y me quedó perfecto.

Muy buena calidad
Me gustó, he probado loreal y maybelline, pero no me gusta como queda porque si te ves empolvada, pero con este la cara te queda muy padre como aterciopelada y NO SE NOTA que traes polvo. Lo unico que no me gustó, es que como soy de cara grasosa, como a la hora ya se me ve la grasa otra vez. Pero yo soy de cara super grasa y donde vivo estamos a 40 grados, quiza si eres de piel seca y vives en clima frio te funcione super bien como sellador. Pedi tono claro y soy blanca apiñonada, si eres muy blanca blanca quiza no sea tu tono. 'Pienso que en relación costo-calidad vale mucho la pena, y quiza es como similar a un polvo de alta gama
