DREO 3L Humidifiers for Bedroom, 30H Runtime, 26 dB Quiet, Black

I’ve used so many humidifiers over the years, and cleaning has always been the biggest hassle. This one is by far the easiest to clean! It’s also super easy to use, quiet, and works exactly as expected. Filling it from the top is very convenient, and I really like that you can turn the blue light on or off. Simple, practical, and well designed. Very happy with it!

I replaced a large Homedics humidifier that I had previously, and that cost about twice as much, with this Dreo unit and I like this one better. It is much shorter and easier to move from room to room, as well as it's compact size allows me to use it in places where the other one didn't fit, and it still has plenty of water capacity to last in between fillings. The light can be turned on or off, and it glows one of three colors depending on what percentage the air humidity sensor on the unit reads right then (in the picture the color looks uneven but in real life it has a nice glow all around). Here most of the time it is kind of a light green color since our indoor humidity is pretty stable (see first two review pics). If the humidity drops to 30% or lower it switches to a warm amber type color (see 3rd review pic and video). If the humidity sensor reads above 60 percent humidity then it switches to a more blue ish light (see last picture attached to this review). The first Dreo product I purchased was a space heater, it was one of the top rated heaters in a product comparison review on the You Tube channel named Project Farm. The Dreo heater worked so well that I gifted a second one to my mother. Since I was so impressed with it, when my big Homedics humidifier that I had bought from Costco stopped working I decided to try this Dreo and just like the heater this also has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend DREO 3L Humidifiers for Bedroom, 30H Runtime, 26 dB Quiet, New Edition. It is easy to refill & clean, has precise humidity control, a night light, cool mist air, humidifies well even for a large room, and is quite enough for a baby nursery. With a good selection of settings this unit is very versatile and performs well for many different applications.

Update 4/17/2026: This is a great unit, I highly recommend cleaning the entire unit weekly to at most every 2 weeks. As my lung infection started to clear up, it started to get worse again! My doctor asked if I cleaned the humidifier yet? I said, "No, not yet". I can't remember the exact phrase she used, "humidifier bacterial infection". I cleaned out the the humidifier and was surprised with the amount of fungal growth that was in the very bottom of the both humidifiers especially the larger unit, this one! It took me a long time to thoroughly clean it out! one week later it had fungus growth but not much and was so much easier and quicker to clean out. Use white vinegar soft cloth and soft brush to clean out the base. By the way don't get water into the electrical part of the filter. If water does get into this section do not turn on until it is completely dried out or you will kill the unit! Updated: 2/8/2026 Dreo humidifier has been working non stop since I purchased it. My room has not got up to 60% humidity yet, the highest it got was 50%. However it doesn't hold it there long. I does go back down to 20-25% especially at night. I am feeling better but not fully healed... so, I am going to buy another one to help get the humidity of my room up to a healthy level! original post: Just what I needed for my small room, a new room temperature and humidity monitor I discovered my room humidity was 20% and for several years I kept getting sick at the same time of year, now I know why! This unit took 24 hours to get my room Humidity up 45% that is how dry it was, I feel much better already! The unit is whisper quiet and you can see the cool mist blowing up and the cool blue LED light is nice. I had to fill the unit up 3 times so far, I did not wait until the until shut down from the lack of water. I highly recommend this unit, well worth the cost. Less expensive than a doctor's visit for Upper respiratory infection and all the complications from that!!!

I have a house whose AC is good at what it does, but it also drys out my house very easily. I bought this in my computer room (where I am usually am) to moisturize the room as it is terribly dry. This humidifier is a cool mist humidifier. The mist comes out of a spout in the top, the water tank sits on the top of the base and the magic happens in the base as there's a cutout down there where the water gets evaporated, and the mist get sent up through tube in the middle of the device (up through the middle of the tank to the spout at the top). There is also a small plastic filter within the tank itself that is easy to remove clean and re-attach. The device itself is easy to fill and maintain (I empty the tank daily and clean it every two weeks). The device itself specifies you use distilled water, and I recommend you do so. It makes cleaning the device easier, and you don't need to clean the device as often. If you use tap water, all the imperfections in the water cause white residue and minerals to build up in the device (including bacteria and mold build-up). I would also recommend you get a hydrometer for the room you intend to use this in as I am not sure the way this device measures the humidity is entirely accurate (it shows it as a percentage on the front of the device). I use the reading to see how effecting the device is being (more or less). This also is not a "smart" device so you can't operate it remotely with an app on your phone. The machine also has an auto mode where you can set it like a thermostat, and it'll run the mist (lighter or harder or off altogether) dependent on how much humidity the device senses. If you don't prefer this, you can see the device between 3 settings low, medium, high (1 2 and 3 respectively); it will run the device at those strengths continuously. This device is fairly okay with water consumption. It will go several hours before you might need to refill it dependent on how much and what settings you run it. I recommend keeping a couple of bottles of distilled water on hand. Lastly, the device has a sleep mode and power button (which are on the same side). The "sleep" button will just turn off the interface while the vapor comes out (useful for when you sleep with the device). When cleaning, follow the manual's instructions. DO NOT RUN WATER ALL OVER THE BASE as there's some electronics in the base. When you clean the tank, be careful as the bottom of the tank will be a bit wet; only fill the tank when it's on the base otherwise you'll dribble water everywhere on your counter and such. I like this device and it works well. Just make sure you use distilled water (or invest in a countertop water distiller).

I really like this humidifier a lot! First off it's really easy to fill and use. It doesn't have one of those screw on caps, the top just comes off, you fill it, and put it in the basin and turn it on. Second it puts out a steady stream, it's effective. Third I think for what you get the price is great. It also has some other cool features that I don't care about as much but they're nice. It has a digital display that tracks the humidity in the room and you can set it to auto hit a target level. It's almost silent. It has a little night light feature that easily turns on and off. The digital controls are nice and easy to use. 5 stars, happy customer!

This is THE BEST humidifier I have ever owned! It mists so well ! It was recommended by my Opthamologist for my severe dry eyes to be used nightly ! I use the recommended Distilled water and saw a difference in my eyes within days ! Even my plants in the room are thriving! It is easy to clean = about every 4-6 days and the auto shut off is fantastic. It’s quite, does NOT leave any residue, chalk or damp mist anywhere! BEST HUMIDIFIER EVER ! Ps - my skin looks great too !!

Wonderfully silent humidifier. Easy to put together and get going as soon as I opened it. Sleek design and does exactly what it’s suppose to with no fuss. Very happy with this purchase.

So I've had it about 1wk. I am not sure what I expected but perhaps my expectations were too high. I opted for the smart one so I can set the humdity level and have a meter becausr I was nervous I would over humidify (silly me lol) I did only get the small model (3L) for my bedroom (which essentially is just a queen bed and 2 dressers- not too big is my point) I would say the water lasts about 12h on high. I haven't had it on low because I have been attempting to increase the humidity more which I have been unable to achieve more than 40% humidity despite setting the goal to much higher. I thought perhaps the room being open was the issue so I closed the bedroom and bathroom door with still no success. I will say though, without it on the humidity indicator reads like 25-30% but with it on I average around 35-40% which doesn't feel that much improved but it technically does SOMETHING. As far as functionality of the unit though, it is great -easy plug and play, easy to clean (I did that today). The light is cute but honestly the brightest part about it is the display screen. I have to turn it off at night its MUCH brighter than the actual light but the light is a fun touch and can change any color. P.s I am not a directions girlie most of the time and while cleaning it I noticed the top spout can tilt which is a nice feature I have it aimed more toward the center of the room instead of just straight up now. In researching humidifiers I was back and forth on whether a filtered humidifier is better but this one you can buy an after market filter if you so choose. I have not had any issues so far no white dust or build up and I have used filtered water but again its only been 1wk. I am tempted to try the bigger model to see if that would make a difference? Overall I would say I like it. I would love it if it would actually change the humidity level of the room more. Update: it works much more sufficiently in the office I moved it to which is smaller and enclosed room than my bedroom. I am tempted to try another (bigger) Dreo because it cleans so easily/ nicely but I went with a bigger levoit for my room which works well but jeesh is alot more maintenance for cleaning.

Sehr leise und einfach zu bedienen Ich bin mit dem Dreo Luftbefeuchter sehr zufrieden. Besonders praktisch ist der große 3-Liter-Tank, der lange läuft und dank der Top-Fill-Funktion unkompliziert nachgefüllt werden kann. Das Gerät arbeitet angenehm leise und eignet sich dadurch sehr gut für das Schlafzimmer. Der integrierte Feuchtigkeitssensor ist ebenfalls eine tolle Funktion, da man die Luftfeuchtigkeit besser im Blick behalten kann. Auch das dezente Nachtlicht gefällt mir und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein hochwertiger und durchdachter Luftbefeuchter, der einfach zu bedienen ist und zuverlässig funktioniert. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I originally bought this Dreo humidifier to help during my recovery after septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery, and it ended up being an absolute lifesaver during that first week. With my nose completely blocked while recovering, I was breathing through my mouth constantly, and the dry mouth was probably one of the most uncomfortable parts, particularly overnight. The fine mist produced by this humidifier helped keep the air feeling noticeably more comfortable and made that period much easier to deal with. It produces a really pleasant, fine mist without making the room feel excessively damp. I’ll definitely continue using it in the future, particularly during the winter months or when colds and viruses are going around and the airways can become dry and uncomfortable. The design is another big positive. It looks modern, is compact enough not to take up much space and, most importantly for something sitting in a bedroom overnight, it is extremely quiet. I barely noticed it running while trying to sleep. Overall, I am extremely pleased with it. I initially bought it for a very specific reason, but it has turned into something I can see us continuing to use regularly. Compact, incredibly quiet and very effective – highly recommended.

I ordered a DREO humidifier (Model: DR-HHM006) via Amazon. It is very easy to use – simple to refill and clean, with no complicated settings. The color indicator is convenient, and I like that it also displays the humidity level. It operates quietly, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that it automatically turns off when the water runs out. The only thing that remains unclear is that the humidity percentage on the DREO humidifier doesn’t match what my indoor weather station shows. The difference is quite noticeable (the humidifier shows 56% while the weather station reads 40%). Regardless, the indoor climate is definitely much more comfortable. My skin and mucous membranes feel less dry, making the overall environment much nicer.
