Easy creatine gummies
Not my usual gummies but they are by the same supplier so thought I would give them a try they taste great very easy to use and much easier than powder, I have been using them for a few days. great value for money as I got them on a discounted price I feel they work just as good as my normal ones with no side effects be aware it says there's 120 in the tub but you take for a day so this is a 30-day supply

I’ve tried a few creatine products before but these gummies are by far my favourite. They taste great and are so much easier to take than mixing powders every day. The flavour is enjoyable, and I don’t get any chalky aftertaste like with some powders and the lump of unmixed product left at the bottom! I’ve noticed real improvements in my gym performance and recovery since using these — I feel stronger on lifts and less sore the day after intense sessions. The addition of B12 and taurine seems to make a difference to my energy and overall well-being as well. Chalky texture
Tastes quite nice but a bit on the chaulky texture wise. Also 4 gummies seems a lot in comparison to similar products

Contains almost no creatine according to testing
Very disappointed to see on an independent test that these have essentially no creatine. Complete scam, I've basically been eating expensive gummie bears. Will be binning these and buying another brand. See pic for claimed v tested creatine for common brands.

The gummies did taste nice and were not hard to chew, i honestly did not feel any benefits or effectiveness of this and have since gone back to power form. The texture is grainy and powdery which i didn't mind.
