Die Kniebandagen halten was sie versprechen. Sehr gute Stabilität im Training. Ausfallschritt e auch problemlos möglich. Für CrossFit u.Ä. würd ich aber wahrscheinlich die 5mm Stärke wählen.Hab mich an die Empfehlung bzgl. der Größe gehalten und hat gut gepasst.

I’ve been buying these for years. I’ve been doing crossfit training for many years and these always make me feel supported. These are true to size. For heavier lifts go a size smaller. Love these
