Durable - Easy to Clean
Used the pan about 4 times so far. Top Edges folded out make the pan so much easier to pull out of a hot oven than other straight edge pans. Have to be sure use only silicone or wood utensils to remove food, anything else will scratch the ceramic. First couple times washed by hand as recommended. Did end up last time putting the pan in the dishwasher. Had a small amount of retained water, but it shook out easily. Recommend these ceramic pans. They are a game changer when it comes to ease of clean-up and non-stick qualities.

Amazing!
Bought this as a "traveling pan" between my daughter's and my house to transport food for her and her husband after their baby was born. Was impressed with the nonstick surface but skeptical about not coating it with anything...but it works!!! I am so impressed with this pan; have probably used it a dozen times and bakes beautifully and cleans easily. Highly recommend!

Like so many Oxo products, quality is fine. The pan is heavier gauge and the ceramic coating is flawless.

Great Pan for Brownies
It's a good pan and works well. I made brownies in it and they slid right out without any grease or oil application. Be careful with the non-stick surface; cut brownies/cake with a plastic knife and not a metal knife. The metal will scratch the non-stick off.

TOP NOTCH BROWNIE PAN - THE BEST EVER!!
This brownie pan is absolutely top notch - has a solid non-stick bottom including the sides!! Make 9 generous size brownies & releases without even a spray of Pam — I do not use a sharp knife on this pan, instead a plastic beveled knife & spatula to preserve the finish as well as a quick hand wash vs the dishwasher — So very very pleased with this excellent addition to my kitchen!
