Nice! Sharp! Long!
I wanted to drill a hole though an outside wall of my house to run an antenna wire. The drill bit ate through the drywall like it was nothing. It did get tangled in the insulation, but that's to be expected. Just back up, loosen up, and drive again. Then I hit the outside wall. Right through the foam board, then the aluminum siding. All in one shot. Did the job fast and easy.

I just purchased these and have used only once and it worked great. They look like professional quality and come in an attractive case. I have not used them on steel yet. They have a nice relatively sharp point. I am very happy with my purchase!

Handy for tight places
These bits, together with the Dewalt right-angle drill adapter, have proven to be indispensable for drilling or enlarging holes in tight spaces. I initially bought them for use with guitar bodies, for which they proved their worth. I anticipate additional applications around the house. A more complete set would be nice, but these five will handle most job.

Great for wood, not so much for metal.
I should have known better, but these do not do well in metal. The smaller sizes are just way too wobbly. Also, they just do not do well drilling into steel. Much worse than your normal DeWalt bit, for example. They are nice and long though.

Sharp and not brittle
With a long drill bit like this I was very worried they would break. They’re quite flexible. Some may not like that but I appreciate that they won’t shatter like icicles.
