Review: Nice design, easy to clean - This is a nicely designed spiralizer and one I find easy to clean so it is convenient to use regularly. I’m trying to cut down on my carb consumption as I get older and veggie noodles are a healthy and tasty way to do it. Summer squash like zucchini is easiest to start but I’m working my way up to firmer vegetables like turnips and this machine is handling it like a champ. Broccoli stems are particularly good, just peel the outer skin first. I’m really enjoying this for making decorative salads and of course noodles as well. Spiralized veggies in salad even have my kids interested in eating them, which is a bonus. I like how the cutting disks store inside the back of the machine so I don’t lose them. The power cord tucks into the same compartment. It works well.

This is a nicely designed spiralizer and one I find easy to clean so it is convenient to use regularly. I’m trying to cut down on my carb consumption as I get older and veggie noodles are a healthy and tasty way to do it. Summer squash like zucchini is easiest to start but I’m working my way up to firmer vegetables like turnips and this machine is handling it like a champ. Broccoli stems are particularly good, just peel the outer skin first. I’m really enjoying this for making decorative salads and of course noodles as well. Spiralized veggies in salad even have my kids interested in eating them, which is a bonus. I like how the cutting disks store inside the back of the machine so I don’t lose them.
