Well. A value for money product. Delivers good performance. Heats up running water in a jiffy..!! Hope it's gonna last long being a branded product from Havells. It's the 2nd buy for me.. a 3ltr and this 1ltr product both from Havells. But make sure that your geyser nevers runs out of water supply or else this 3000 watts heating element which delivers instant heating gonna BOOM IN secs.

I disliked is that they could have provided a 3 Pin Top of 16 amps, which could be added in the product as an extension pipe (connector) for water inlet and outlets are provided with the product. We expect Havels to take care of these small things.

The plastic doesn't look that sturdy, infact it was not well fit at many places. But, it doesn't look bad when mounted. Quick water heatup and at a good temperature.
