MOVA S20 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo with Dual Roller Brush, 8300Pa Suction, 140℉ Hot Water Mop Self-Washing & Drying, Mop Auto-Lift for Carpet, Self-Empty, Self-Refilling, Voice & App Control

Love this vacuum , does great work everytime, I have a short hair dog- ROBOT works perfect ,no traces of hair anywhere,my parquet and carpets are shyne- just perfect Very simple to manage, lovely looking and not noizy Realy-it is beyond to my expectations. Highly recomeded

Love this vacuum , we keep it the cabin and run vacuum after we leave and run mop/vacuum before arrival. When we show up to cabin it is clean like we just had a cleaning service She does great work everytime,im unsure about the bad reviews wonder if they misunderstand something about the robot as there is a learning curve however after learning the mapping and getting the robot on course it works to perfection. Thinking about purchasing another one for our work home , currently watching for deals.

PROS: Compact space saving design, easy to fill, empty, and clean tanks, built in detergent dispenser and vac debris storage bag, reasonable mapping with good object and cliff edge detection, bright lights, finds it way back every time before running out of power, self cleans itself and auto dries the mop, self charges, mop and edge brushes extend for better edge cleaning, easy to control with APP once loaded, clear voice alerts as to what its doing when, had lots of customizable cleaning, vacuuming, and room selection options and zonings. Gets carpets fairly clean, does a great job on those new thin pet hair resistant carpets made for robots-cleaning machines., brushes don't get wound up with hair. Customer service is great and responds quickly if you need any help setting it up and getting the APP working. CONS: Takes a lot of wifi bandwidth to run and slows down other wifi connected devices, app takes a few tries to get updated and working correctly, maps for rooms are tiny, and rooms label size are small and hard to read and select on a small phone screen. Push notifications are slow (on my high speed wifi, only compatible with 2.4G, you'll need to purchase extra proprietary vacuum debris storage bags, cleaning detergents, and edge brushes overtime, takes a long time to do a full maximum level scrub and clean (about 9.5 hours for 1200 sqft), best results are obtained by removing all chairs, small tables, wastebaskets and etc. off the floors prior to mapping and running it each time, easy enough, get everything out of the way, start it, and go to work, pretty much done when you get back home! Overall a great value if you hate cleaning, and a great return on investment if your paying someone else to clean your floors, would make a much appreciated terrific gift. Stay Clean!

Disappointing. Sub-par performance, can't handle pet hair on har floor, poor customer service, replacement parts are not easy to get. Barely had a year and its borderline useless.

I love this robot vaccum and mop! It does a great job. HOWEVER the replacment parts such as the side brush, mop pad and roller brush are extremely hard to find. The ones I have ordered on amazon say the work on the mova but they are not the same brand. The mop pad is mich thinner than the original one that camae with it. The same goes for the side brush and the roller brushes. The roller brush is larger than the one that came with the Mova. I had been recommending this product to others but now I am hesitant to do so. Mova website does not hae the replacement parts. I called their support number and talked to someone who did not speak Englsih as their first language. It was very frustrating.

I usually don’t write reviews but this thing is amazing. I had a shark robot vacuum only. That thing would crash into everything, fault out all the time. This mop/vacuum doesn’t crash into anything. The app is so much more user friendly than the shark. It does an exceptional job mopping the floor. It’s quieter than the shark, while cleaning the hard surfaces. It has a camera and lights. The fact I got all of this for $30 more than the shark is amazing value.

La verdad que es excelente. Me encantó. Solo tener en cuenta el voltaje. Yo tuve que comprar un transformador de 220v a 110v. Pero es muy bueno.. trae muchas funciones y es de muy buena calidad. Lo recomiendo

Great Product. Checked all the ask, and the self emptying, refilling and cleaning makes it even better
