Dermal Therapy Extra Strength Body Lotion

I have very very dry skin, and will start to flake all over my body just a few days after showering, no matter what lotion I use, even applying daily. It's been a huge problem and source of embarrassment for my entire adult life. After trying a dozen lotions, all kinds of oils and creams, even prescription level stuff, I finally found this stuff and it's the only thing that's ever worked for me! It's like a new layer of skin on top of mine. I apply it all over after showering and have normal looking skin for up to a week after. No flaking, no dryness, just normal skin. It is a bit greasy after I first apply, but that's to be expected and it's not excessive at all. I do then scrub it off in the shower before reapplying, but that might be something that's unique to my skin that's using this as basically a full barrier layer. Truly a miracle product for me, and thankfully not too expensive either. One bottle last me at least a month. Highly highly recommend.

If you have dry skin, this is what you need. If you have dry cracked feet, you need the heel care. Give feet a good soak and scrub the first time to jump start progress, & after two treatments of the heel care, my feet were back to normal. I think the body lotion would work too only takes longer.

Just received and opened it to a partially open bottle which was covered in lotion. Other than that I have used this lotion before and liked it very much but the bottle is smaller then my first bottle.

i did one leg with another brand and the other with this for a month. no itching or dryness.No slimy feeling or tacky feeling to . slight scent of cinnamon i think,pleasent

It works on very dry skin for 48 hours. All their products are the best with high urea %

I’m giving this body lotion 5 stars because it does exactly what it says: it is very moisturizing. The acids in the lotion make my skin feel very smooth! I do not have dry skin, but I wanted to try a lotion with some exfoliating ingredients after being influenced on TikTok…. This lotion absorbs surprisingly well considering how heavy it feels when you apply. It doesn’t smell like anything which is great. I would avoid using on areas of your skin that are prone to breakouts. I still get acne on my upper back and chest so I have avoided those areas. But my arms and legs are incredibly smooth!! If you have dry skin, I would imagine this lotion is a game changer !!

The best you can buy for skin care, used it for many years

My favorite moisturizer. It's a fairly large container at a good price considering the ingredients. I've been using it consistently for around 1 year and can definitely see a big difference in my skin. My skin was severely dry, with rough and bumpy areas (like KP). This product absorbs well and keeps the skin moisturized for a long time, much better than anything else I have tried. The urea usage over time has actually improved the skin's ability to retain moisture and it just feels smoother and healthier overall. It's also fragrance free. I have replaced my more expensive face lotion with it as well and it does a better job of hydrating with no breakouts or irritation and seems to have improved skin texture. This also has AHA which is a typically pricey exfoliant. The exfoliant/moisturizing combo is fantastic. The only con I suppose is that it has a very slight "medical" smell, but this can easily be masked with some perfume.

It actually moisturizes and doesn’t sit on top of the skin as most body creams do. This product unfortunately gave me a weird reaction where it made me itchy and once it touches my skin it has a bit of a urine smell, my pH must not be compatible with this cream, unfortunately.
