What are the differences between this and the 120sw?

The R-121SW has an updated woofer driver and a larger batter braced cabinet. It is able to produce a bit more bass and sound tighter.

When in auto position the led green light remains on even when the amp is off. is this normal?

The subwoofer should shut off after about 15 minutes of no signal from the amp so it will not happen right as you shut the amp off. If the sub is still not going on standby, there may be some noise coming from the amp or wiring between the amp and subwoofer that is keeping the sub from going to sleep. Reach out to our support team through our website if you need further support.

Can you use a wireless kit with this sub

You can use a 3rd party wireless kit that will connect using rca connections on the back of the sub. We do not make a wireless kit that will work with this subwoofer here. Thank you.

The product description and information say that this sub is wireless. How does it receive the signal from the receiver? Is there a transmitter, also?

This subwoofer has no wireless function, looks like this is just a error in the listing description. This sub only has RCA wired inputs.
