Other pasta formats can be prepared thanks to the interchangeable cutting attachment. The sheet dough thickness regulator has 10 positions. The machine is made of solid chromed steel, while the rollers are made of galvanized aluminum alloy for food and the combs in polymer resin, to ensure that there are no metal powders harmful to health in the paste. The motor is connected/disconnected with a simple movement and using it is not necessary to connect the machine with a table, so that it can be used even on special surfaces and freely positioning it where we are most comfortable. In addition to the motor it is equipped with a crank and jaw for use by hand. Cleaning Atlasmotor is facilitated by the presence of removable combs: with a simple brush you can comfortably clean the remnants of paste. The machine cannot be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
