Found videos on YouTube to start working out. Slides easily, will catch at the fold but keep it above or below the fold depending on the activity helps. The rubber pads on the bottom didn't stay on, had to glue them back on but haven’t had any issues with them since. Love getting my workout in daily without having to leave the house.
