As with all Herbal Supplements no one can say with any certainty whether it will provide the benefits that the manufacturer is touting based on their herbal ingredients but I've studied this particular company and I like the fact that this supplement is produced in a U.S.A. facility that is inspected by the FDA, all herbs are certified as non-GMO and organically produced which undergo annual USDA organic certification plus every single batch of ingredients undergoes rigorous testing by third-party labs, including testing for heavy metals, such as lead and mercury. So far the only small complaint I have about the packaging is that I would have liked to have seen a line on their dropper tube to define where the full level would be for the 20 drops (1.2 ml) that are recommended for each serving. Just for the record the bottle states that it contains 48 servings per bottle with a suggested use of 1 to 2 servings per day. They also suggest adding this herbal blend to water, juice, smoothie, milk, yogurts or salads, for me I added it to my ice tea and it was very palatable with no strong aftertaste...As I mentioned earlier it's too soon to judge this product on how well or how poorly this supplement is going to perform for me personally but I can say that I'm totally impressed with how much control they have in providing premium herbs for this new product from the farm to the manufacturing facility and even by providing a 3rd party lab to test each and every batch for quality and safety so at this point I feel on quality alone it rates an Overall Rating of 5 Stars!

This supplement is liquid which I really like because I am trying to stay away from pills. It does taste good for me, so easy to take straight from the bottle, not side effects or aftertaste either. I usually count the drops in a tiny spoon and take it like that since the dropper does not have a line to indicate the 20 drops. Overall, so far, so good.

I have been using the recommended 1/4 tsp. in my water twice per day. Using this amount doesn't really affect the taste of what you're adding it to. I haven't been using it long enough to notice any significant results. However, I am very hopeful that with continued use I will see the benefits of using these natural ingredients to boost my overall joint and bone health.

I appreciate that this item features good, anti-inflammatory ingredients that are organic and non-gmo. The product comes in a dark glass bottle, which helps maintain quality. Unfortunately, there is no info about cGMP or third party testing. I'd more heartily recommend this product for purchase after seeing certified good manufacturing practices.

As we get older, our body doesn’t produce everything we need as precisely as it did when we were young. We also start to experience aches and pains that are just a part of aging. We can just chalk it up to old age, or we can do something about it. I prefer to take a supplement that provides me with health benefits that work to keep me active and able to continue to do all the things I want to do. This supplement is easy to take and does not taste nasty like some liquid supplements do. The price is also reasonable.

I admit I have been just squeezing the liquid from the dropper into a 1/4 tsp. measuring spoon and dumping it into my juice.This is supposed to be taken 1-2 times a day and at 24 servings per bottle that’s either a 12 or 24 day supply.
