Wonderful Scot's Cookery Book

Very down-to-earth, real Scot's cooking. One of the best Scot's cookbook I've ever owned! (By the way, the Tablet is the best I've ever tasted and easiest I've ever made.) Also the recipes are not ingredient intense, which I like. The Traditional Scottish Recipes is unpretentious, unfussy, comforting and Scottish Cookery at it's best. The writer's humour and witty stories makes the cookbook a good read, even if your not got your apron on!
