Awesome taste
Best tasting pre workout I've ever used. I've been using pre workout for 25 years. This is the best tasting I've used. My favorite is the grape Kool-Aid. As far as the supplements it contains, I think it's like all the rest of the name brands. It does exactly what it claims for me and taste great. No need for me to go back to anything else right now.

I've used RYSE Kool aid grape since 2024 but the last container I ordered did not have any flavor and had a different powder consistency. Typically it is purple when mixed, but this batch was just cloudy. After taking a scoop, I did not feel any energy like I did before.
