Very good built quality, but no bass effect
Nice product ANC is super effective very good quality, but there is no bass effect at all. Please make sure that next time add bass effect it will improve the audio quality.

Bluetooth issue after a month.
The product is good for its price. I really love using it, but now after a month, its bluetooth cannot be detected by my phone or laptop as it usually do. It suddenly got disconnected then I cannot use it wirelessly anymore 🥲

Very decent!
For what it's worth, they are really good. They're not too bass heavy, but the sound is crystal clear. The Active Noise Cancellation is decent. They sit quite comfortably over my ears. The controls are easy to understand and even easier to use. I also appreciate that the headphones came fully charged.
