First the Packing, My personal experience is that a company that takes care of the presentation, protection and packaging of their product is a great first step, and I included photos about their packing because right away you have the feeling that you made a good choice. And it was, this Robot Vacuum is a much better upgrade than I was expecting when deciding to replace our Deebot N79, the selling point for us was the self emptying feature, the suction power is excellent, does an amazing work picking debris, hair dust and everything else around, It was very easy to setup following the very detailed instructions on the manual but mostly following few steps on the app. The app guides you through all steps effortlessly, The mapping is incredibly easy and accurate and the Robot navigates around effortlessly and very precise, works perfectly on tile, carpet and area rugs, Mopping feature was impressive because we weren’t expecting much of it but worked really well, and for us the self emptying base is such a time saver by reducing the times and time of cleaning it manually. I will definitely recommend this Robot Vacuum!!!.

This was a better value than what I have seen in stores so I decided to give it a try. I have thought about getting one of these over the years but never did until now. To be honest, I thought these robotic vacuums would not really do a good job and thought that if it did, it would need to be emptied very often. I am pleased to admit that I was wrong on both counts. This cleaner has plenty of suction and does an excellent job cleaning, and it actually empties what it picked up into its docking base automatically. The system was packaged very well. After unpacking it, I downloaded the app on my iPhone and the setup of the vacuum was straight forward. Within a few minutes it started vacuuming and auto-mapping as it went. This works well on my carpet and hardwood floors. The manual that comes with it is complete and an easy read. I am very impressed with this product. This is an efficient cleaning system and I would highly recommend this product to anyone, who like me, had doubts about robotic vacuum systems.
