Pretty durable,
Bought these for stir frying. Arrived supple and rich green. Tastes way it should. What I found remarkable is that they hold quite a long time in the fridge wrapped in a tea-cloth.

Glad to find I didn't just get a whole load of stem (which you get with the supermarket ones). These came in a small plastic bag rather than on a tray, not sure which is best environmentally.I steamed these for 3 minutes and then gave them a minute in a very hot pan with a tiny amount of sesame oil and chilli flakes - they had so much flavour (I could taste more of a kale flavour, it was really good). Never thought I'd be buying my veg through Amazon but this could be the future....
