Taj Diced Garlic, 200g (Frozen)

Love this product very handy and convenient.

I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cooking, that's why for the past 15 years as a housewife I have only used fresh garlic, I tried the dried garlic but they are too far from the fresh ones and hence I stick to fresh one. Until I find this brand, this frozen garlic. At first I was very skeptical and I didn't make the purchase, it could be my husband who got this from a friend's recommendation, I couldn't remember. Anyhow, I pour oil and then this and then Chinese cabbage or broccoli. This can totally replace the fresh ones, and we all couldn't really tell the difference. Because of how convenient this is, I end up cooking vegetables a lot more at home rather than ordering from restaurants. I want to say thank you to the brand! I purchase 3 bags and they ran out so fast. The only complain is they are out of stock all the time and I can't purchase them today when I ran out again! I will have to purchase 5 bags when they are in stock, but please check the stock and make sure they are always in stock. I paid for prime service and it's really frustrated to have my favourite products run out all the time!

Bought this for a change rather than chopping my own garlic. It's convenient for quickly adding flavour to simple meals but not so good in curries which I make a lot of. It just doesn't have the same taste or texture as fresh. Won't buy again.

Really useful to have, as it can be time consuming chopping bits of garlic and this bag costs less than its fresh alternative. Despite frozen, doesn’t lose the taste and is a must have for cooking.

Unlike frozen shallots and frozen onions I use all the time, this garlic product tastes washed out and lacking in garlic flavour.

I always like using frozen garlic so I don't have to deal with the cleaning of the skin.Surprisingly big pack for this price. Great flavour too. Highly recommend it.
