This 12" hard case is fantastic. Is exactly the right size for small and medium electronic devices. You could fit half a dozen GoPros, a multimeter+ accessories, or a studio recorder + mini tripod (see photo). The outer shell is super sturdy and should hold up to significant abuse.The foam inserts are the dents pull-apart kind, and they're super easy to make the exact shape you want. The pull-apart substrate is actually two separate layers so you can have a three-dimensional hole of any shape you want.The clasps are plastic, but seriously heavy duty. They have the push button release like you may have seen on other hard case buckles. The carrying handle has a rubberized grip which makes it easy to grab securely. The carry handle is also small enough that it sits flush when you fold it down.Lastly, the case has a pressure release valve, which is useful if you check it on a flight and it winds up in the non-pressurized hull of the plane.

I really like this small waterproof case. I like this new latch design. If they're going to copy any brand, Its nice to see they ditched the pelican style clasps for the power claw style that Nanuk uses. This makes the case much harder to accidentally open during transit, I've heard horror stories of Pelicans opening mid flight. My only gripe with this box is its price; I'd be hard pressed to pick this box over Nanuks offerings. While the Nanuk typically runs about $10 (or less on sale) more, they also offer a best-in-class warranty that I don't see with BluBox. While this brand has most certainly improved over the past year, they still aren't quite up to the level of quality that I get from Nanuk. It mainly comes down to the feel of the plastic used as well as the lack of interchangeable inserts that Nanuk offers. Overall, I think this is a fantastic product that you almost certainly won't be disappointed with, Its just this particular product has some very stiff competition between Nanuk and Pelican. For what Its worth, I'd still pick this box over Pelicans overpriced boxes.

This is the perfect size case for small electronics and the cube foam inside makes it easy to customize it to fit around whatever you put in it. I love the simple latches that are easy to use and it even has an air release valve making it water and air tight while traveling. The quality of this case is actually nicer than I would expect at this price. I've tried some that are similar in price but feel very cheap...not this one! It feels like great quality.
