Material is a softened mushroom cushiony type that is water resistant. Comes with 3-straps to use as a pocket-book, shoulder bag or adjustable crossbody bag. Two substantial zippers I expect will last a long time. The two main pockets have a good amount of storage inside, and findings are heavy-duty, nothing cheap here. The first pocket has 2-additional inside pockets for stand-able items such as a cell phone or maybe glasses... The second main zipper has another inside zipper pocket I use for quick grab items, such as drivers license and a charge card or two + more and there is ample inside storage in this pocket. Both sides of this handbag has pocket storage for anything you choose to place there. This is a win/win handbag that has an expensive look to it, is well made and the lining is soft medium weight and sewed together securely. Liked so that today 9-18-2021 - I also order the color Red/Burgundy, and expect these bags to last a number of years.

This purse is a great size, plenty of room, has several compartments, and is a great price! I really like the pockets on each end- perfect for keys and cell phone! It comes with 2 different shoulder straps, one thick and one thin. My picture shows the thinner one. The top handle is very convenient! The color is rose gold. It changes in different lights. Sometimes it looks more pink, and other times definitely rose gold. I’ve gotten many compliments and it’s a very cute purse! My only concern is the 2 main zippers feel like the cheaper type, and are not always easy to zip or unzip, especially if you’re in a hurry. The zipper pulls are just shiny pieces of metal and there’s no logo on them. The zipper on the front small pocket is great- works nice and easy. I’ve been carrying this purse for 3-4 weeks and nothing has happened yet. I will update if it does... Love this purse!

This is the perfect every day size, holds just the right amount of stuff. I am commuter and carry large smart phone, and chargers and earbuds with charging case, full size wallet and personal items. I love the double zippered sides with handle in the middle, side pockets and back pocket. good light weight, plain and classy design. great zippers and hardware. Love the 3 types of straps are perfect lengths and I am large size gal.What could be better? maybe the zipper pocket on the outside could be be a little bigger. stiffer leather, and more colors, maybe a blue, olive green, and a muted gold would be good. but over ll I love it ! really keeps me organized and my commuting stuff to a minimum. Buying 2 more colors red and white, got the black. If blue comes out will buy. great bag for the price!

This is an amazing bag. It looks beautiful and it is very functional. It's a great size. Not too large and not too small. Fits plenty of things but still looks fashionable. There are so many different compartments. There are two main compartments that keep things organized and easy to find with a zipper inside one compartment and two pockets inside the other compartment. There is a zipper on the back of the bag to put things you need to get to quickly. There are two pockets, one on each side of the bag to fit your phone, glasses, tissues, and other items. It comes with two straps. Actually has three. There is a shorter strap at the top that's permanent and it comes with two other detachable straps. One long and narrow for a body bag, which can be adjusted, and one shorter and wider for a shoulder bag. The material is very soft, pliable, and looks like real leather. The silver zippers are an added attraction. This is a beautiful bag and well worth the money. I would not hesitate to buy it.

I ordered this purse in the beige color. This bag is a perfect size for my needs. In fact, it is very roomy inside. Overall, I was pleased with the look of it and really like the two straps that come with it. It is attractive and wonderfully soft. In fact, the problem is the softness and lack of structure of this bag. It is so soft that it looses shape when you put your things inside it. It sags and looks shapeless and tacky. If it had the structure as pictured I would have rated it five stars!After consideration, I will probably keep it but I won't buy it in another color as I thought I might.

The lining inside was torn and this is third time I have ordered this purse and something was wrong with it...second time zipper was broke, third time lining was torn again.Purse is nice but not made very well.

I received this purse last week. While it is a very pretty bag...I love the off white color...the design is not very good. The zipper tabs constantly fall down into the side pockets, making them difficult to grab to open and close. The zippers are not smooth, and my zipper tab came off the first time I used the bag. It's too much trouble for me to return items, so this will go into the back of my closet, never to see daylight again.Update: After my review, the seller contacted me to offer a refund if that was my choice. The customer service was great, and they were quick to respond, and refund my money to make things right. I appreciated that very much! I would buy from this seller again, knowing that if I have an issue or problem, they will work with me to fix it.

I love this bag! As others reviewers have noted it is small but fits quite a lot. I love the strap options and that I can carry it as a crossbody but still grab easily by the handle. I do wish the handle seam was turned under as it would give a more finished look. However, the vegan leather is soft and shows nicely. I hope it holds up well. I like the side pockets where the straps attach as I can fit hand sanitizer and cell phone. The outer zip pocket is a nice touch too. The two main pockets fit a full sized wallet and a mini cosmetics bag with room to spare which I need since I am always asked by my family to carry items for them. Overall great bag. I went through several others to get to this one and wanted one not too large but not too small.
