I love this food journal for woman. It's a great way to keep track of your weight loss journey. It tells you how many grams are in your food so u don't have to look it up. Gives a place for your before and after photos. Love that it's personalized for you.

Pages and info is trash
The pages feel like pages from a cheap coloring book. The ink looks like it was photocopied and printed on the coloring book pages. And a few pages are damaged. It looks like the damage was from the printer. I have a different book with almost the same layout but the one I own has more sections to write info in.
