It works, but with only one I can't verify use for comms with your passenger :/
If I had been provided with two, I could review how well it works for communication with someone riding behind you on your ride, and how well it works with other riders traveling with you.By itself, I can tell you:- the speakers are thin enough to fit inside most helmets, except those that have absolutely no indentation for speakers.- the mic fits fine- the sound isqn't as great as $300 bose earbuds... But it isn't that bad, either.- I placed a phone call and I could hear and be heard just fine while riding.- never ran out of charge on any ride, but my longest was only 4 hours.I can't recommend it for comms with a passenger or other nearby riders, because I only had the one device to test with. For listening to music and making phone calls, it works well.

Plenty loud when riding, easy to connect and install.
Both my husband and I have motorcycles and love to ride, but sometimes it is hard when sitting at a light and we want to tell each other something. This Bluetooth system not only provides great sound and volume but it also allows us to communicate. Installation can be a little tricky depending on the helmet, but it should fit in almost any helmet. The speakers can be positioned for optimal listening and the velcro backing keeps them in place. The microphone reduces sound when on a call or trying to talk to another member of the party making communication easy and understandable. If you ride with many other people this system will connect up to 10 riders. The battery has lasted longer than any of the rides I have gone on and clips on and off the helmet bracket quickly and easily. The buttons are large and easy to operate even with gloves on. The unit connects to my phone every time without issue. The volume is loud enough that even on the windy days or days that the ride is exhilarating I don't need full volume. I have tried a few other systems but this one has been the best most reliable one of them all. I would recommend this communication system to anyone that doesn't already have Bluetooth in their helmet as it is a good system that is easy to operate and maintain.

Fair headset.
I like the easy installation of this motorcycle head set. The sound is pretty loud like I like it, even a little louder than the brand I am used to. I like you can link multiple riders, but I don’t like having to stop and pull over to turn the music back on after taking a phone call. There isn’t a Siri interface with this headset like the brand I am used to. This is a good value for an entry level head set, but I am spoiled with a different brand.

great sound
these sound the best of the three I've tried. The Bluetooth easily connects to my phone every time and the large control buttons make it a breeze to operate. Since I ride alone I really can't comment about the rider to rider communication.
