Legit my favorite stem kit for teaching my kid robotics and honestly a worthwhile investment.Very easy for kids and beginner friendly.Throw some RC wheels on it and it gets more fun and very capable.

DIY robot kits
Got my kids the pollen robotics reachy-mini and the puppypi for Xmas as projects.The dog is cool there's a lot to like about it, well built, solid platform, movement is , like elderly dog , stiff not fluent, the included software is pretty basic.. kids get to mess with specific sensors like lidar etc..we didn't get the arm.After the reachy mini, which was stunningly cool after getting it in conversation mode.. it by far the best open-source dyi robot. get that, before anything else.There is still a lot of stuff my kids and I have planned for the puppypi kit , but we keep going back to the reachy mini first

Changed review. Finding the docs is hard, but once you do, it's very well done.
I cannot fault the quality of the product itself. The issues are with finding the documentation that comes with it. I had to employ an AI to find the proper documentation web link. But once I did. Wow! Great!!I have another recommendation for the manufacturer - move the power supply connector to the rear of the robot so the user can maintain a power connection to the robot while working on it with the arm in place.
