I bought this to put eyes in sock monkeys. Yes please! Haven't had it crack or break because for my safety eyes it doesn't take much pressure. But I will say the back piece of the eye doesn't stay in the bottom double stick tape was okay however! I found if I got the eye placed right if I just started the back on this pushed it the rest of the way much easier! I wasn't trying to keep the safety back balanced there. It is now 10/10 I will never not use it. I tried pushing on the back with my fingers it was doable but this made it soooooo easy. Yes if anything ever happened to it I would buy it again no question.

I haven’t had it very long, but I’m having a little bit of trouble, lining them all up so that I can squeeze it. It seems like it gets sideways a little bit . Once you get them lined up the top and bottom, it crimps really good.

Once everything is in place I find that these are amazing. The eyes are so easy to fit in and they're nice and snug and tight. They're a little hard to store but otherwise I love them. Worked with every size eye and nose I have.

I was so excited to see what the hype was about for this tool. And I was disappointed pretty quickly. It only succeeded in destroying multiple sets of eyes. Scratching the eye and breaking the plastic backing. Don’t do it. Not worth it.

I’ve never added eyes to a crochet project before and so I purchased this tool. It was awkward and they ended up crooked… not sure how I could use it so incorrectly but I ended up using my hands and just found the tool cumbersome.

For making dolls or amigurumi, this has saved my poor hands so much pain and stress. Fighting to get the backs onto the safety eyes of my Crochet projects has been one thing I have always dreaded, and I put off buying one of these for way too long. If you use safety eyes, even occasionally, this is a must-have tool unless you love the challenge of digging around in stuffing to find lost backs, dealing with angry indented fingers or desperately trying unconventional tools like pliers or your teeth to get the backs on. Just... please. Save yourself the pain, this gets the eyes on so easily that multiple times I have had to check that they actually went on, because it was so smooth that I assumed I must have dropped the back somewhere. Nope- perfectly snug and in place. Every time, reliably. It's a must-have tool, incredibly affordable and worth every penny- and I mean it.

So glad I bought this tool. Works well and really saves my fingers.

Perfect and easy to use

Does not work at all, can’t even push it down to the first lip on the safety eye peg, do not buy, weirdly large too, absolutely useless, better off using your own fingers.

Wasn't able to set a single pair of eyes with it. At first I thought perhaps it was because I was attempting to use 'nicer' eyes, so I switched to the cheap ones with the flimsy plastic backs. Couldn't set those either. Waste of time, money and effort.

This makes adding eyes to my projects so easy for my arthritic hands!!! No more asking my husband or son to do it for me! Wish I found this years ago
