I'm in my 70's and I experienced a significant increase in energy and vitality when I started using this supplement. It works. It's now in my regular supplement regimen.

Tbh, I am not sure the full extent of how this product affects me. I got it along with a very similar product,Pure Himalayan Shilajit for Men - Boost Stamina & Athleticism, Support Metabolism & Energy | 10,000mg Shilajit Ashwagandha Supplements + Irish Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali, PQQ, and I all that I can say after tying to see whether or not I feel the benefits advertised. All will say is I do get up earlier and seem to be..........aroused and ready to go faster than normal ,so I take that as a win. I wanted to see would the ashwagandha would maybe help with my moods. The verdict is still out. As far as anti inflammation, I don't have much swelling and it did not help much. I can use this same review with the aforementioned product that I listed.

I has read about the benefits of Shilajit and thought it was worth a try. But other products I purchased before this came in a different form, a small glass bottle of shilajit "paste" that needed to be dissolved in tea or boiling water. As a result, I was never able to easily incorporate it into my daily routine. But these caspules solve that problem--and with the additions of the other ingredients, especially the Tongkat Ali, which I've enjoyed positive benefits from, this is a good product. I only use one per day, but that gives me 600 mg of Shilajit, comparable (even slightly higher) than the other brands I had.

This blend did not have the effect the other brands.

I was looking for something to give me a boost of energy..these help out tremendously. It doesn't really have a taste. It has several ingredients that are good for you..I take 2 in the evening and get me an energy boost.

The other ingredients are negligible, really, but it's the shilajit that's important. This is a higher amount of shilajit per serving than usual, and well worth the price for about two months worth.I can't say this particular supplement was (the bottle is now finished) an improvement in my energy levels, but I've already been taking shilajit supplements for a while, and the measurement is that switching to this supplement didn't leave me feeling less energetic.

Waste off money. Noticed no change in any way

That fact that this is "lab tested", made in the USA, and cGMP Certified, not to mention Vegan, non-gmo, gluten free, soy free, and dairy free, give me the confidence I need to trust that I am taking a good product that could improve my overall health.The mix of Shilajit, Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali, and Ashwaganda is a fantastic formula that could help lower cortisol levels, and lead to an increase in energy and vitality. While, I personally haven't detected anything different in my overall health from taking similar supplements, I do think this product is a good value for the money and one I intend to continue taking. Would highly recommend.
