Recent pulled calf muscle responded well to a $40 model borrowed while on travel. THIS ONE is MUCH better. A better control and more than enough power. Even level 1 of 5 is helpful. 3 of 5 is enough. Cannot imagine using levels 4 or 5. Worked wonders on a right lateral glute that has been nagging. In this case you do get what you paid for.
