Also building blocks like sauteed onions in broth so from scratch soup is easier & faster. Saving so much $$$! Bonus: Am now regularly eating breakfast because veg & egg are ready in the time it would take to toast bread. This has helped with sleep problems and resulting energy problems. PROS Flexible so it's very easy to remove frozen food. Also makes them easier to turn the cells inside out for thorough cleaning. Clear markings in oz & ml; leaves space so moist food can expand. Does not pick up odors or stains. CONS The lids are also soft, so it's awkward getting the lid on. Can be hard to remove grease/oilyness from the silicone.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than other knockoffs!

I love these. I have never tried the name brand souper cubes, but I have tried other knockoffs and these are so much better! I like that these stack together when not in use to save space. The lids come off easily after freezing (which was not the case with the others I’ve had). My guess is that they are not leak proof, so I am careful to keep flat when putting in the freezer (I use a tray underneath to keep flat - I’m a klutz). I only use them to freeze overnight, then I remove the cubes to store in a bag. I like the using the 1/2 cup size over the 1 cup because I feel like they thaw/cook quicker (if I need one cup of something I just use 2 cubes).
