Not Sure What Goes Wrong
Love this product.But Not sure if it's our washer or if this isn't working the same way per se.Had to re rinse the load because the fabric softener was not used up well and the load needed more rinsing.I did not overfilled this ball.It's an investigation in progress. 😀In the old days,this had been an excellent tool.

Just like my old one!
This is just like the one I used to have, but it got lost somewhere. I have an old top loading Kenmore that will probably outlive me and this little gem is what I needed to get my softener dispensed during was cycles.Definitely recommend!

Well.............
Got this today. Opened the box, the float and the pull ring and the small pole that holds the pull ring was all pulled apart and laying inside of the ball. That was not easy to get all of that out. Once I did, each time I pulled the ring out, the ring would pop off of it, the rest fall into the ball, and well, nothing works right. I got it together, washed a load, and it never did open. Big disappointment that whoever put this together sure screwed it up. I had to use small pliers to get everything out of the ball and put it all back together, and you can not pull on the ring without it falling completely apart again.NO comment from the seller, go figure! Not worth sending it back, but I should! Annoying buying something that is already broken when you recieve it!

For washers without a softener dispenser.
Never fully unloads into the washer, occasionally doesn't open. Not many other options when your washer doesn't have a softener cycle/loader.
